Xiushan Autonomous County High Quality Grain and Oil Modern Agricultural Demonstration Park is located in Qingxichang Town in the southwest of Xiushan County Town, 10 km away from the county town, with a planned area of 40800 mu, of which 28000 Mu is cultivated land, involving 15 villages such as Donglin, Yongjin and Xinhua in Qingxichang Town, with flat terrain, convenient transportation, 326 National Road and 882 County Road running through the whole demonstration. Fan Park, with superior location, high-quality rice and rape rotation as the main cultivation mode, is Xiushan's "rice grain and oil depot". In March 2014, Chongqing Municipal Agricultural Commission recognized it as a municipal high-quality grain and oil modern agricultural demonstration park. It is one of the three major grain and oil modern agricultural demonstration parks in the city, and has been certified as a pollution-free grain and oil producing area in Chongqing. The total planning of the district is 369 million yuan, of which 212 million yuan are applied for financial funds and 157 million yuan are raised by the owners themselves. It is estimated that the annual output value will be 281 million yuan and the per capita income will be increased by 3360 yuan.

In 2013, the top ten rapeseed flower landscapes in China's beautiful countryside were harvested by the Ministry of Agriculture. In 2014, the central government financially supported the pilot project of socialized service for grain and oil production with a total capital of 6 million yuan and an area of 14,000 mu. The pilot project of socialized service for rice seedling-raising, machine-farming, machine-defense, machine-harvesting and rapeseed machine-farming, machine-defense and machine-harvesting was carried out throughout the whole process. The pilot project of establishing and improving a new agricultural management system of 4 million yuan was set up and verified in the park. The Central District has an area of 5,000 mu; 12 new business entities, such as Tianren agriculture, Shanan agricultural machinery and Sijibao grain and oil, have been cultivated, and efforts have been made to build the largest demonstration zones for high-yield grain and oil tanker farming in Chongqing and Wuling Mountains, as well as modern agricultural demonstration zones in Wuling Mountains.
