Chongqing Yongchuan Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone Sanjiao Industrial Park is an important group of Yongchuan National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, which is divided into A and B zones. Established in July 2009, District A has a long-term planning area of 11.59 square kilometers, and has now built 2.59 square kilometers. It mainly develops three leading industries: smart home building materials, automobile and parts and equipment manufacturing. It is a modern equipment manufacturing base in Chongqing, a special automobile and motorcycle industry base in Chongqing, and a new model student of construction industrialization in Chongqing. Production base, Chongqing small and medium-sized enterprises characteristic industrial base. Established in June 2011, District B has a long-term plan of 3 square kilometres, and has now built a square kilometre. It mainly develops processing industries such as agricultural by-products, leisure food, condiments and beverages. It is also a national agricultural product processing and entrepreneurship base, Chongqing agricultural product processing base and Chongqing small and medium-sized enterprises entrepreneurship base.

Location advantage is prominent. The park is located in the north of Yongchuan and the hinterland of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone. Tongliang and Bishan in the east, Dazu and Anyue in the north, Luzhou and Rongchang in the west, and Tianjin and Hejiang in the south. Located in the main axis of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration development and the core of Western Chongqing area, it is an important economic support for the northern part of Yongchuan.

Transportation and logistics are convenient. The park is close to the Chongqing Third Ring Highway and relies on the Third Ring Highway to connect Chengdu-Chongqing, Chongqing-Suining, Chongqing-Chengdu and other expressways, which makes transportation and logistics convenient. The park is 76 kilometers away from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport and about 1 hour's driving time; 65 kilometers away from the starting station of Chongqing-Xinjiang- Europe Internationla Railway and about 40 minutes’ drive ; 23 kilometers away from Yongchuan station, Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed railway, and about 20 minutes' driving time; 49 kilometers away from Zhutuo Port, the first port in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, and about 40 minutes'driving time. Speed to Chenjiaqiao, Chongqing, 50 kilometers, about 30 minutes; 220 kilometers from Chengdu, about 2 hours. Dazu-Yongchuan-Jiangjin Expressway and Hechuan-Tongliang-Yongchuan City Loop Railway, which are about to start construction, will set up interchange and freight stations in the park.

Complete supporting facilities. There are two 110 KV substations in Zone A, with a total design capacity of 300,000 KVA and a residual power capacity of 138,000 KVA; one sewage treatment plant with 3,500 tons, one sewage treatment plant with a daily capacity of 20,000 tons, 504 industrial workers'dormitories, and about 8 kilometers of roads such as Jinding Avenue, Dingxing Avenue and Dingsheng Avenue. A three-horizontal and two-vertical road system has been formed; about 100,000 square meters of standard factory buildings are under construction; 1 million square meters of gas per day and 20,000 tons of water per day have been supplied; 3 square kilometers of land with "two regulations" are in line, and more than 2,000 mu of land is reserved for "seven links and one level". Area B has 110 KV substations, 1 5000-ton water plant and 1 3000-ton sewage treatment plant per day. It is connected with Area A through Wangliao Road (about 10 minutes'drive).

The industrial base is strong. There are 48 Enterprises in Zone A, mainly covering smart home building materials, automobile and parts and equipment manufacturing industries. The cluster effect of automobile and parts industry formed by enterprises such as King Queen's low-speed electric vehicle, Fengying engine cylinder block, Mega flywheel, original crankshaft, Shengke new energy motor shaft and so on has initially appeared. It can produce 100,000 electric vehicles, 500,000 automobiles and parts per year; the equipment manufacturing industry cluster formed by special military agricultural machinery, Wanhe agricultural machinery and Ruiou wind power equipment has begun to take shape, which can produce 100,000 farming machines and 100,000 sets of wind power equipment per year; and the intelligent home with Dongpeng ceramics and Diou household as the leader. The industrial cluster of residential building materials is being built. There are 13 enterprises in Area B. They mainly develop processing industries such as agricultural by-products, leisure food, condiments and beverages. They have a raw material planting base of about 4000 mu. They have an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons of condiment oil and nearly 100,000 bags of fermented meat products.

Star service is considerate. The Park adheres to the service concept of "supporting entrepreneurship, encouraging innovation and respecting creation". Each project has a special project secretary, and the procedures of certificate, photograph and construction are all processed by project. A comprehensive administrative examination and approval service bureau of the park has been set up, with the director of the park management committee as the director, and the staff of the district planning bureau, the district construction committee, the District Environmental Protection Bureau and the District National Housing Bureau stationed in the park to provide pre-project examination and approval services for the entrance projects. The individual approval items can be completed in 1-3 working days.

During the "13th Five-Year" period, the park will seize the opportunities of development in the new era, keep pace with the strategic layout of the "one belt and one road" and the Yangtze River economic belt, and strive to foster the growth of smart home building materials, automobiles and parts, equipment manufacturing and food industry clusters. At the end of 13th Five-Year, the total number of enterprises entering the park will reach 100 or more. The top 5-10 enterprises have realized industrial output value of 60 billion yuan, built area of 8 square kilometers, urban population of 100,000 people, provided 15,000 jobs, and strived to build a modern ecological National High-tech Zone Industrial Park with perfect functions, intensive integration, obvious benefits and innovative entrepreneurship.
