In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the important speech of "two points" and "two places" put forward by the nineteen party members of the party and general secretary Xi Jinping when inspecting Chongqing, we should fully integrate into the "one belt and one way" construction and the development of the Yangtze River economic belt, and build inland open highlands at a high starting point. Our city has successively opened major logistics channels such as Yuxin Europe, Chongqing-Manchuria-Russia, Yushen, Yuyong, Chongqing-Shanghai, Yuqian-Guizhou-Guizhou-Xinhua, Vietnam Railway-Railway Intermodal Lines, South-to-South Highway and other railways, initially established a three-dimensional international air freight network, and the capacity of all-cargo flights has increased from a blank to the first in the west. Efforts have been made to promote the construction of multimodal transport. The Chongqiong-xinjing- Euro-Rail Transport Highway-Railway Project and the Orchard Port Railway-Waterway Transport Project have been awarded the MOTC Multimodal Transport Demonstration Project respectively. At present, the "water, iron, public and air" four-in-one international logistics system in our city has initially taken shape, and has basically built a logistics hub and open highlands linking East and west, tracting north and south, and connecting rivers and seas.

1.Eastward passage

Yangtze River shipping corridor. The Yangtze River Gold Waterway is the main transportation channel for international trade in our city. In 2017, the cargo throughput of Chongqing's ports totaled 197 million tons, including 6.704 million tons of foreign trade cargo throughput at ports, an increase of 21.5% over the same period last year; 1.289 million standard containers, 613,000 foreign trade containers (470,000 heavy containers), an increase of 14.2% over the same period last year, and 90% of foreign trade container throughput by water. 。 Chongqing Port has ranked among the 100 million tons of ports along the Yangtze River for five consecutive years.

Yuyong International Line of Railway-Sea Intermodal Transport along the Yangtze River. Chongqing-Ningbo (Chongqing-Ningbo) Railway-Sea Intermodal Transport International Line was officially opened on January 23, 2018. This Line can improve the construction of east-bound corridor in our city, alleviate a series of problems caused by the Yangtze River congestion, and better promote regional cooperation between the western region with Chongqing as an important node and the Yangtze River Economic Zone. As of March 31, 2018, 12 classes have been opened. At present, it has formed a normal operation of three classes a week, and will start back to work in the near future.

2.Westward passage

Chongqing-xinjiang- Europe International Railway Intermodal Passage. Chongqing-Xinjiang- Europe Block Train, launched on January 28, 2011, pioneered Sino- Europe Block Train,. It has become the earliest, largest and most stable Sino- Europe Block Train. Especially, the entry and exit ports extend from the single Alar Pass in Xinjiang to the four ports of Holgos in Xinjiang, Manzhouli and Erlianhot in Inner Mongolia. Ports. Last year, relying on the main line from Chongqing to Germany, we opened classes in Moscow, Budapest and Milan. In the near future, we will launch classes in Belgium, Iran and Turkey. As of March 31, 2018, 1760 classes (1145 to return, 615 to return) have been operated, and 187 classes (95 to return, 92 to return) have been operated in 2018, with a frequency of about 2 classes per day.

In promoting the construction of Chongqing-New Europe Corridor, we carried out the following creative tasks last year.

First, the international package outbound transportation has been normalized and scaled, and Chongqing has become the only railway international package distribution center in China.

Second, we have promoted the "Anzhi Trade" upgraded version of the "Guantietong" project, and for the first time, we have applied the safety intelligent lock to the supervision of the international section of the Sino- Europe Block Train to realize the intelligent supervision cooperation between the Chinese and Kazakh Customs.

The three is the successful start of Chongqing-Xinjiang- Europe International Railway in December 28, 2017 from the orchards special railway line, which further deepened the cooperation of the two major open platforms, and realized the organic connection between the "one belt and one road" and the Yangtze River Economic Belt in the western region. At the same time, the seamless connection of the international Railway-Waterway transport and the highway between the unity village and the orchard port were omitted. Short barge costs have increased the attractiveness of Chongqing-Xinjiang- Europe International Railway to both ends of Europe, Central Asia and the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.

Fourthly, we should comprehensively promote "Chongqing-Xinjiang- Europe International Railway+". We will carry out rail-air intermodal transport such as "Europe-Chongqing-Japan", "Europe-Chongqing-Singapore" and "Chongqing-Xinjiang- Europe International Railway+Highway", "Chongqing-Xinjiang- Europe International Railway+Railway", "Chongqing-Xinjiang- Europe International Railway+Waterway" and so on, so that European products can be transported to Chongqing through Chongqing-Xinjiang- Europe International Railway, and then radiated to Southeast Asia and surrounding countries by air.

Fifth, the pace of going out is accelerated. Chongqing-Xinjiang- Europe LCL  Company and European Branch were established respectively, and warehouses at Duisburg Port Railway Station were purchased to build Chongqing-Xinjiang- Europe  Line overseas gathering and mining platform. At the same time, it is also cooperating with other enterprises such as Tongfangweishi to enhance the ability of Chongqing-Xinjiang- Europe Block Train to use the Internet and big data.

3.Southward passage

Chongqing-Guizhou-Guangxi New Railway-Waterway Intermodal Transport Channel

The channel was opened on September 25, 2017, with Guangxi, Guizhou and Gansu as key nodes to reach ASEAN countries such as Singapore. The main purpose is Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, Pakistan, Japan and so on. The downstream goods are mainly motor parts, paper products, etc. The upstream goods are mainly building materials, agricultural products and so on. As of March 31, 127 classes (73 downwards and 54 returns) have been operated, and 79 classes (43 and 36 returns) have been operated in 2018. This year is expected to achieve the daily shift target.

Chongqing-Shenzhen Railway-Waterway Intermodal Transport Channel

This is the earliest railway-waterway intermodal transport channel developed in our city. The train started in May 2010 and arrived at Yantian Port in Shenzhen by chongqing-huaihua, Shanghai-Kunming, Beijing-Guangzhou, Guangzhou-Kowloon and Pingyan Railway, and then arrived at the world by sea boat. As of March 31, 2018, 1531 classes have been opened and 11 classes have been opened in 2018.

Chongqing-ASEAN Highway Logistics Channel

Chongqing ASEAN Highway Bus opened on April 28, 2016. Starting from Nanpeng Highway Logistics Base, Chongqing-Hanoi Highway Bus has opened three routes: Eastern Line (Chongqing-Hanoi), Eastern Line Multiple Line (Chongqing-Singapore) and Middle Line (Chongqing-Bangkok). The main routes are motorcycle matching, mechanical equipment, machine opening, etc. The main routes are fruit, etc. 。 As of March 31, 2018, ASEAN highway buses have run 252 (241 trips, 9 returns) and 94 (93 trips, 1 return) in 2018.

South-to-South Railway Intermodal Transport Channel

March 16, the passageway made its first trip to Chongqing-Xinjiang- Europe to Vietnam International Line at Tuanjie Village Central Station. It was transported by railway through Nanning and Pingxiang of Guangxi, and finally arrived in Hanoi, Vietnam. Through this train, goods can be transported from Europe to Chongqing via Chongqing-Xinjiang- Europe Block Train , and then from railway to Hanoi, Vietnam, which realizes further south-to-west connection of Chongqing with Chongqing-Xinjiang- Europe Block Train  as the carrier.

4.Northward passage

That is, Chongqing-Manchuria-Russia Passage. The passageway was successfully opened in July 2017. Starting from Chongqing Railway Port, it departed from Manzhouli Port in Inner Mongolia and entered Central and Eastern Europe through Russia. By the end of March 2018, it had opened 20 classes.

5.Construction of Three-dimensional Aviation Hub

The construction of cargo aviation hub in Chongqing has emerged from scratch, and it is the first in the west of Chongqing cargo aviation. Since 2010, with the building of intelligent terminal industry base, Chongqing Freight Airlines has made all-cargo flights from scratch. At present, there are 9 international and regional all-cargo airlines operating in Chongqing, 11 all-cargo routes and 24 all-cargo flights per week. In 2017, international and regional cargo and postal throughput reached 133,000 tons. From January to March 2018, the international postal throughput was about 30,000 tons, an increase of 6% over the same period last year. Chongqing's total cargo flights, capacity and international postal throughput rank first in the West and second in the central and Western regions.
